On May 15, 1995, a young college graduate embarked on a career path in the Property / Casualty Insurance business. A business finance major, Bobby "Boots" Adams Jr. began his insurance career in Washington state with a heavy casualty workers' compensation company. As a risk management consultant, Mr. Adams provided risk management and loss control services to over 100 clients in Washington, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Mr. Adams was recruited by another regional workers' compensation company to develop and manage agency relations, which eventually led to the management of over 350 insurance agencies in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi. From the small independent agency owner to the largest publicly owned insurance agency, Mr. Adams oversaw insurance production first hand for accounts ranging from hometown retailers employing two associates to international contracting firms employing over 10,000 associates.

Wanting to work directly with clients Mr. Adams created Integra Financial Group in September 2002. Integra Group is an integrated financial company assisting clients with residential and commercial lending through US CapitalCorp as well as assisting clients with commercial and personal insurance through Integra Insurance Services.
